The Deluxe rooms offer a beautiful side sea view, overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio, with a view of the Portofino promontory.

They have laminate parquet flooring and feature a large, sunny balcony with a side view. Only one room does not have a balcony, but it has a window overlooking the Sestri Levante seafront promenade.

They are divided into two types:

Deluxe Rooms: double rooms for up to 2 people with classic furnishings. By spring 2026, they are expected to undergo a modern renovation.

Deluxe Comfort Rooms: there are 4 in total, accommodating up to 3 guests. These rooms have been recently renovated with modern and functional furnishings. They are more spacious and can be requested as double or twin rooms. An additional single bed is available. Three of them have a balcony with a side sea view, while one has a window facing the sea.

All Deluxe rooms are equipped with a minibar, safe, air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, and telephone.

The private bathroom includes a shower, sink, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.

The area of Deluxe rooms is 15–16 sqm, while Deluxe Comfort rooms range from 16 to 20 sqm.
